TSESMELIS NURSERIES

Charalambos Tsesmelis, agronomist and graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, established Tsesmelis Nurseries in 1979. Nowadays, a great variety of fruit-bearing trees, including apple, peach, cherry, pear, quince, apricot, prune, sour cherry, almond, lotus, and pomegranate trees, are propagated in the nurseries.

The company is seated in Veria, capital of a traditionally fruit-producing region. When in 2003 the company moved into its new headquarters in Agios Georgios, we made sure to create friendly and practical new facilities so as to facilitate our customers.

In 2001, our first co-operations with foreign companies and our wish to expand in the European market led us to the introduction of the highest possible standards in tree production.

Today, Tsesmelis nurseries can boast of counting among their long-standing customers and associates top fruit producers from all over Greece.
The company's long experience and thorough scientific understanding of fruit allows us to provide our customers with ongoing technical support, from the moment the tree is planted up to the time when the tree enters its productive age, as well as at any other time when our customers / associates may require it.

Already, upon each sale of our certified-variety trees our customers receive the necessary certificates and legal documents; moreover, cooperation agreements with important foreign nurseries are anticipated in the near future, so that we may breed varieties known worldwide for their top quality features.
